Non payment on 2 orders that have delivered and show delivery over 10 days ago and dates have been changed for deposit but no response to emails or deposit into my payment account and I am now owed over $200.00 by market place but have no idea when to expect my money.

Facebook Marketplace auto generated responses are unfair.

There is no way to ever reach a human being to discuss your situation.

They stole my item and assessed me a $20 fee. The item was shipped and received by the customer who stated she is happy with the item.

I feel so cheated and violated with zero way to resolve.

I am done with FB Marketplace!

If you’re selling on Marketplace, don’t to a recent profile one or two “friends” and don’t give your address. I was selling a car so I did.

BIG mistake. I got weird offers to trade (garage door openers, 3D printers, less money). One texted me from a landline offering half price. No.

He sent a profane and threatening text.

FB knows who he is. Good luck finding a way to contact them.

Hi, I had a listing to sell a car. Lots of interest, lots of lowball offers, two no-shows.

One guy went by Topline Auto. I messaged him and told him to not jerk me around, explained what I'd been dealing with, and told him the price was fair. I checked his profile; not much there other than mobile mechanic. He asked for my address and cell number after he made an appointment to come look at it.

As he was en route, he texted to ask if he could pay me half and give me free mechanic service for a year. I said thanks but no thanks. He then sent me a really abusive and profane text. Is there anything I can do about this?

He removed his profile.

I would relist the car but don't want to run into this problem again. This guy has my address and phone number, and I know next to nothing about him.

Forced refund for no reason

Bring the merchandise back to the counter and being told my debit card would be credited back there did not work going to try to report fraud at my bank did not work every single thing that they told me to do I jumped through hoops to do, and I never once was given accurate or even truthful information from any representative that works for the 1 800 Walmart customer service line.

They basically told me they lied to me because I had an complete nervous breakdown, not understanding how a company which I thought was Walmart, well, repute would then be doing something like this to me after a long and hard-fought battle of trying to get my money back. I now give up.I have no faith in Walmart.I have no faith in walmart dealing with walmart plus I have no faith in the fact that spark is actually the company that is the walmart plus 18 800 walmart number i'm blatant, malicious, in callous, disregard of all humanity, even despite being reputable customer service representative providing accurate information, they were all lies upon a complete nervous breakdown. The gentleman at 1 800 spark finally must have showed some compassion and said that everyone was lying to me and then also to continue to lie to me about 19 phone calls later, companies to the third party seller trying to report disputes with MyBank for fraud. I do not think I will ever get my money back for this transaction.

Which is a $100 transaction? Which were my Christmas presents to my grandchildren and my children and my They will not even be able to get them sent to them.Because of the lack of compassion , decency and human respect , being an honest authentic person who actually cares about people is even valued much less considered. I will die with a cause , you know that no one ever experiences what I experienced and to be an advocate for those who have no voice do not have the wherewithal and do not have the capability to handle issues like this, when they are already homeless, suffering from mental health issues cannot get the help from the state that they need and have done everything that someone from what you thought was a reputable company, have you do only to find out that they were able to just lie to you. They were all lies..

I had almost a complete unraveling of my mental health , and many people concerned for my wellbeing , I needed to be a psych ward. I am technically living in a hotel homeless counting on this particular service to provide groceries to me that I purchase and pay for and also all of my family.Christmas presents that I purchased and paid for and things.I bought myself to make my stay at the hotel while I was home with more comfortable and make me feel more safe.I was still screwed over in the end.Honesty did not win out.Authenticity did not win out.None of that went out because my truth meant nothing in the end.God will reveal and be the ultimate judge and everyone can answer to them then.But I will forever be an advocate as to why not to use this service and even considering suing them

User's recommendation: Never ever oder anything from your Walmart plus membership, thinking about Walmart is a good down home American company that would never *** y** over well, technically, they did, because they are affiliated with this spark company that delivers all of their stuff from the Facebook marketplace and everyone that answers your calls when you go to process your refund will lie. To you and make you think something that's not happening just to appease you. If you have mental health issues, substance abuse issues or any type of emotional irregulation in your life due to trauma neglect abandonment, any life crisis issue that would supersede this *** that was endured. I would certainly encourage you not to use their services.
