I was charged more than what the ad said I was charged for the free onesaid.
The was for 19.98 each for 2 and receive 1 for free with free shipping. I was charged for all three.

I ordered merchandise from my walmart plus membership account and the item was guaranteed through spark.Even though the item was purchased through a third party seller that walmart plus stated they would many things many times many ways, many options all to find out they were all lies expedited, refunds were not done. Bring the merchandise back to the counter and being told my debit card would be credited back there did not work going to try to report fraud at my bank did not work every single thing that they told me to do I jumped through hoops to do, and I never once was given accurate or even truthful information from any representative that works for the 1 800 Walmart customer service line.
They basically told me they lied to me because I had an complete nervous breakdown, not understanding how a company which I thought was Walmart, well, repute would then be doing something like this to me after a long and hard-fought battle of trying to get my money back. I now give up.I have no faith in Walmart.I have no faith in walmart dealing with walmart plus I have no faith in the fact that spark is actually the company that is the walmart plus 18 800 walmart number i'm blatant, malicious, in callous, disregard of all humanity, even despite being reputable customer service representative providing accurate information, they were all lies upon a complete nervous breakdown. The gentleman at 1 800 spark finally must have showed some compassion and said that everyone was lying to me and then also to continue to lie to me about 19 phone calls later, companies to the third party seller trying to report disputes with MyBank for fraud. I do not think I will ever get my money back for this transaction.

Which were my Christmas presents to my grandchildren and my children and my They will not even be able to get them sent to them.Because of the lack of compassion , decency and human respect , being an honest authentic person who actually cares about people is even valued much less considered. I will die with a cause , you know that no one ever experiences what I experienced and to be an advocate for those who have no voice do not have the wherewithal and do not have the capability to handle issues like this, when they are already homeless, suffering from mental health issues cannot get the help from the state that they need and have done everything that someone from what you thought was a reputable company, have you do only to find out that they were able to just lie to you. They were all lies..
I had almost a complete unraveling of my mental health , and many people concerned for my wellbeing , I needed to be a psych ward. I am technically living in a hotel homeless counting on this particular service to provide groceries to me that I purchase and pay for and also all of my family.Christmas presents that I purchased and paid for and things.I bought myself to make my stay at the hotel while I was home with more comfortable and make me feel more safe.I was still screwed over in the end.Honesty did not win out.Authenticity did not win out.None of that went out because my truth meant nothing in the end.God will reveal and be the ultimate judge and everyone can answer to them then.But I will forever be an advocate as to why not to use this service and even considering suing them

To you and make you think something that's not happening just to appease you. If you have mental health issues, substance abuse issues or any type of emotional irregulation in your life due to trauma neglect abandonment, any life crisis issue that would supersede this *** that was endured. I would certainly encourage you not to use their services.

32 of my 120 items failed to 'delete&relist' no matter how many attempts. I keep refreshing, no luck -- it's broken.
I have sold a lot on FB, but I'm moving to Poshmark -- I don't need the hassle of only being able to delete & relist 2 at a time and then it refreshes. Now it won't D&L AT ALL. They do this so you'll give them money by 'boosting the listing'. I'M SO NOT GOING TO DO THAT.

Facebook Marketplace needs a complete overhaul. There was a time (about 3-4 years ago) when it was a halfway decent platform.
Don't get me wrong; there was still a lot to complain about. It has now hit rock bottom. I find it hard to believe how a multi-billion-dollar operation like Facebook could have such a poorly structured buy/sell program. There are problems with shipping, a non-existent 'buy now' button, and no real customer service.
It's ridiculous. The entire Marketplace should be much more user-friendly. Why should people have to scramble around the website to find support that doesn't exist?
People should be able to list their items, have a real means for buyers to purchase without having to contact them via messenger, and a lot more. I am thoroughly disappointed.

I have been banned from Facebook Marketplace because they don't like certain items that are nonsensical. The first was a farm implement (a scythe blade for cutting hay), temporary ban 4-5 years ago.
The second was a telescopic sight for a crossman air rifle. Now it seems a permanent ban because I tried to list a flash hider for an airsoft rifle, which is not allowed because of the word flash.
They started to use AI to filter listings, so I see no reason for banning people when their AI catches and prohibits listings. They also do not allow any feedback or communication regarding the ban.

I replied that this was indeed an authentic Coach purse. Still got suspended from Marketplace.

Verified ReviewerThere technology for reviewing seller items is faulty at best. I have been selling for yrs on fb marketplace and all of the sudden everything i try to post is taken down says against standards.
Everything i have tried to post on marketplace is rejected against standards counterfeit. Now I have been kicked off marketplace and cant access any of my listing.
The new technology doesn't work. Putting some sellers like myself out of business.
Can't get ahold of any kind of support. I am disgusted ready to start class action suite against then.

We had 3 tornadoes come through this town in 7 months this year. They took our driveway; we live at the top of 88 acres.
A lot more people were way worse off than us. But it totally messed up every bit of UPS, USPS, FedEx, you name it. Anything that got mailed out package-wise was stuck. 3 tornadoes!
I had several packages that were being investigated, and I have the proof. I have the proof where they charged me a chargeback of $20 and then another chargeback of $25, so that one order cost me almost $100. I have four of these orders... All of them were delivered.
All of them were late. Of course I can't control tornadoes, can you? And they are still right now. Two of these are still under review since March 31st.
They won't listen to me and look at the tracking that I keep sending them, so I'm going to send it to you. Use your front yard.

My marketplace on my page will not let me open or look at anything on there, and I don't know why it hasn't let me put anything on there since I listed my car. I don't know if someone tried to buy my car because I can't even open the marketplace messages.
