Account suspension and I really don’t understand why
I had no idea that ties or jackets were against Company policy at all and I apologize for going against the ruleswill NOT happen again!

Preferred solution: I’d just like to get my marketplace account free from suspension and able to buy and sell again as it’s a great site to do this fort if thing on…how long will this take tho for the suspension to b lifted? I will def b more careful next time

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Paid what originally item sold for plus an additional $15 in shipping because of not being able to print label even though when I listed it was still available.
Disastrous business to ever even attempt to do business with. You will never get any live support and if you do have an issue you will just receive an email saying they are investigating it but months have already passed with still no payment or resolution.
They even have the item I'm inquiring about locked down so that I'm not able to write anything to them. The pre-written message says we got your message and a member will respond in 48 hours by April 2nd. It is now April 14th. They have no number to call and have it so that I can't message them about it, so what do you do?
I will never, ever sell anything again on Facebook Marketplace because it is a scam! Sellers beware!

Preferred solution: Was already screwed not being able to print label to ship when originally posting the item I was able to. Basically I sold a $450 item for free and have never gotten paid.

Horrible
I posted items on facebook marketplace they rejected my post! Other people are posting same items and their post was approved. Why am I being singled out?

Too strict rules for selling items on the site
I did not realize that you could not post designer brand names on the siteI had put a series of mens ties for sale and a mens designer jacket and they were both refused on the site
I also put medical supplies on the site which I now know you cannot do so that one is on me and wont happen again

Account is suspended again for same bs as last time they wouldn't know if something was counterfeit if it jumped up and bit them. I'm losing money while my account is suspended. Please remove ban immediately.

Adds will not hide in Marketplace
Unable to get in touch with them??
Every time i login to market place I see nothing but service type add instead of items for sale. ave tyed to hide the adds and the come back twicefold. Need help and all phone numbers hang up.

I truly believe I was scammed on Facebook marketplace
I had a five-star rating with Facebook Marketplace, and all of a sudden, I'm kicked off. I know it had to be a scam because I didn't put anything on Marketplace since, and I think you need to look at your records a lot better because I didn't do anything to break the rules here. I had to be a scammer; otherwise, I'm gonna just drop Facebook altogether.
